Information For Vendors

Setup Instructions

  1. To help with your set-up time, you are welcome to come down on Friday for early setup 2 pm– 5 pm. If you need to come earlier or later, just let us know and we can make arrangements.
  2. Day of event, please unload your display/materials and then park your vehicle in the parking lot. You can access the fairgrounds via the purple gate. Building will be open at 8 am. Let us know if you have something that needs to come into the building via the large roll up door so that we can arrange a time. Otherwise, there are several man doors to use and you can pull up to front or back of building to unload. Please be mindful of the signs for where it is okay to drive and where it is not.
  3. All vendors are to be ready to receive customers 15 minutes prior to 10 am (opening time) and stay until 3 pm. No early pack up. If you do leave early, we will not invite you to our next expo.

What's Included

One 8 foot table and 2 chairs are available for each booth (free of charge). You are more than welcome to bring your own tables, chairs, and displays. We will include Facebook/radio/newspaper/google ads for the event and link vendors from our Facebook page as well as our website.

Goodie Bags (for attendees-brides/honoree)

  • We are handing out goodie bags at the entrance so please let us know if you would like something included. Flyers, business cards, or goodies are welcome!
  • We will be stuffing the bags Saturday February 17th. Please get all items to us by Friday February 16th.
  • If you need to bring the Friday before the event or the morning of, please let us know.

Expo Program

This year we are making a program that will have all the vendor info in it to give to attendees. We will include a blurb about your business. We need that to us by Feb 1, 2023, or we will take information from your business Facebook or website.

Our DJ/Announcer will also talk about vendors throughout the event. If you have anything special to announce, let us know and we will include it. Have the announcements to us by February 17th.

Drawings

We also will be doing drawings. If you would like to donate a whole basket let us know. This is open to vendors who have a booth or not. You can also donate items to be added to another basket. Theme is romance/bride/groom/wedding/events/Quince

Move Out/Cleanup

Vendors will have until 1 pm the next day (Sunday February 25) to gather all their belongings and clean their area.
