Packages & Services
- Our packages include our services and also can include local vendors. We book them when you book with us, we help facilitate the contracts to make sure everything gets signed, we coordinate meetings with the vendors, and we make sure the vendors get their payments.
- We only use and recommend vendors that we have worked with in the past and/or seen their work.
- We don’t add a service fee on top of the fee for the vendor. In fact, we are transparent and will let you know when we’ve paid each vendor and for how much. You also have the option to pay them directly.
- We have a “build-your-own” package, Classic Package, and Premium Package available.
- We meet with you to tailor the package that meets your needs.
- We also have some bundles for services like Day of Coordinator, food service, centerpieces, arches, desert table decorating and setup, and more!

Q: Why should I pay a planner or coordinator? I have lots of friends and family. We can do it.
A: A planner will help you to make sure you don’t forget anything, will help make a timeline, and can also give suggestions for making your ideas a reality without breaking the bank.
Having a coordinator the day of, takes away the worry of making sure everything is just right. The coordinator also can handle any snags as they come up and things will come up.
Having a planner/coordinator allows your friends and family (and you) freedom to enjoy the party.
